| Sandpiper Golf Course The Sandpiper Golf Course, located on South Pebble Beach Blvd. was for several years an eighteen hole course. Built in 1968, the original course was designed by Mark Mahanna. An additional nine holes, added in 1985, was designed by Ron Garl, noted for designing many of Florida's finest golf courses. The Oaks, The Palms, and The Lakes, each nine hole segment of this captivating course is distinctively different from the others.
